Unless noted on the individual product page, in stock items are shipped the next business day after you place your order and often the same business day. For your convenience, we offer several shipping options. Flat rate shipping is 7.95 for your entire order. You will receive a shipping confirmation and UPS tracking number once your order is shipped. Shipping is out of Providence, RI.
If you need faster delivery, you may select UPS 2-day, overnight or FedEx delivery.
Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
Out of Stock Items Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you via email. The remainder of the order will be shipped. If we have a comparable item in stock, we will often ship it with the order and the customer can decide whether to return it for a full refund (shipping paid by Mod Mama).
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email stating when your package was sent and via what shipping service. Please add info@modmama.com to your safe sender’s list to ensure that you receive these updates.
Mod Mama is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on full price apparel within 15 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Gear and nursery items, custom, personalized and monogrammed items are not returnable. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Include your name, address, email address, reason for return, order number and a request for either a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
Custom and Personalized Purchases
Mod Mama offers hand painted and customized nursery art. Each product takes a different amount of time to produce before shipping. This information can be found on each product page. Please note that these are only estimates and may vary a few days based on availability and shipping method. Your credit card will be charged when we place the order on your behalf. Personalized and custom made orders may not be cancelled or returned.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal via our website. If you would like to pay using American Express, you may order by phone at 1800-MOD-8605.
Many Mod Mama purchases are gifts, therefore, we never include the receipt with your order. A receipt is emailed to you immediately upon placing your order.
Mod Mama collects 7% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of Rhode Island. All others are tax free.
Mod Mama provides free gift wrapping to our customers. Choose from any of our different funky and chic gift wrap options. Note: Crib sets, large diaper bags and furniture are too large for our gift wrap services.
